Newsletter subscribers may provide an email address without creating or signing into a GoBuyi account.
2. Order and transaction information
When you place an order, GoBuyi needs information required to fulfil and support the order, such as the products selected, quantity, order amount, delivery information, order status and transaction/payment references.
Payment credentials such as card PINs, passwords and OTPs should never be sent to GoBuyi support. Payment processing may be handled by the payment provider presented at checkout, and GoBuyi may receive transaction references and payment status needed to verify and reconcile an order.
