1. Accepting these terms
By accessing or using GoBuyi, you agree to follow these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the service.
If you are using GoBuyi for another person or organisation, you confirm that you have authority to do so and that you will ensure the person or organisation understands these terms.
2. Your GoBuyi account
Some features require an account. You are responsible for providing information that is accurate and current, keeping your login credentials confidential and notifying GoBuyi if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
You should not create an account using another person's identity, provide deliberately false information or use an account for unlawful or fraudulent activity.
3. Products, prices and availability
Product names, descriptions, photographs, variants, prices, discounts and availability are presented for shopping and ordering purposes. Products can become unavailable and information can change before an order is confirmed.
You should review the product, selected variant, quantity, price, delivery information and total amount carefully before confirming an order or payment.
4. Cart and orders
Adding an item to your cart does not necessarily mean that the item is reserved for you. An order is subject to successful checkout, payment where required, stock availability and order confirmation.
If an order cannot be fulfilled because of stock, pricing, payment, technical or other operational issues, GoBuyi may contact you and apply the appropriate cancellation or refund process.
5. Payments
Payments are processed using the payment options presented during checkout. Where a payment provider is used, the transaction may also be subject to that provider's terms and policies.
A debit or payment attempt does not by itself guarantee that an order was successfully completed. If you were debited but the order did not complete, keep your transaction reference and report the issue through Payment Support so the transaction can be verified and reconciled.
6. Delivery
Delivery information, charges, available locations and estimated timing are shown or communicated as part of the shopping and checkout process. You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and being available to receive the order or following the pickup instructions provided for your order.
Delivery estimates are estimates rather than a promise of an exact arrival time unless GoBuyi expressly states otherwise for a particular service.
7. Returns, refunds and order problems
If an item is damaged, incorrect, missing or otherwise has an order problem, contact GoBuyi through the available support channel and provide the order number and a clear explanation of the issue. Depending on the circumstances, GoBuyi may request photographs, transaction information or other evidence needed to investigate the claim.
Refunds are handled according to the circumstances of the order, payment status and the applicable GoBuyi return/refund process. A refund request is not automatically an approval of a refund.
8. Product requests and reviews
Product-request and review features should be used honestly and for their intended purpose. Do not submit fraudulent, abusive, defamatory, discriminatory or misleading content.
GoBuyi may moderate, remove or decline content that violates these rules or applicable law.
9. Prohibited use
You must not use GoBuyi to commit fraud, impersonate another person, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, abuse promotions, manipulate orders or payments, harvest personal information, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
10. Intellectual property
The GoBuyi name, branding, interface, original text, graphics and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the service for its intended shopping purpose, but you may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or commercially exploit GoBuyi content or software without permission, except where the law permits it.
11. Suspension or termination
GoBuyi may restrict, suspend or terminate access where there is a serious or repeated violation of these terms, suspected fraud, security risk, unlawful activity or another legitimate operational reason. Where appropriate, we will provide information about the reason and any available support or resolution process.
12. Service availability
We work to keep GoBuyi available and reliable, but online services can occasionally be interrupted by maintenance, connectivity problems, third-party services, security incidents or events outside our reasonable control.
13. Changes to these terms
GoBuyi may update these terms when the service, law or operating practices change. The updated version will be published through the service or website. Your continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms, to the extent permitted by law.
